Strawberry Mint Sunshine Pops

This popsicle recipe is fun to make and delicious to eat!

There are only five ingredients — no hard-to-pronounce additives and other not-so-healthy stuff.  just fruit, greens (yes!), lime juice, and Daily Sunshine, so you can feel good about making this treat for your kids.

For those of you who aren’t on the Daily Sunshine bandwagon yet, here’s a quick overview:

Daily Sunshine is a healthy snack that comes in two kid-friendly flavors — Chocolate and Strawberry Banana. It was designed specifically for children’s unique dietary needs and includes the building blocks of nutrition they need to help them grow up healthy and strong.

Strawberry Mint Sunshine Pops

Servings 4 servings, 1 pop each

  • ½
    cup
    water
  • 2
    Tbsp.
    fresh lime juice
  • ½
    cup
    fresh (or frozen) strawberries
  • ½
    cup
    fresh (or frozen) spinach
  • 2
    scoops
    Strawberry Banana Daily Sunshine
  • 2
    Tbsp.
    chopped fresh mint
  1. Place water, lime juice, strawberries, spinach, Daily Sunshine, and mint in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour evenly into four ice pop molds; freeze for at least 4 hours, or until set.
