Tamarind Tangy Chutney Recipe is another highly requested Ramadan Recipe, especially delicious as a dip for Samosas, Spring Rolls, Bread Rolls and most other fried tasty treats.

3 cups Tomato Sauce
2 tsp Sesame Seeds
1 tbs Curry Leaves
2 tbs Cooking Oil
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
Few Fresh Red Chillies
Few Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
quarter packet Tamarind (soaked in half a pint of boiling water)
