NO White Bread(sub for wheat, whole/multigrain, rye, etc.)
NO White Rice (sub for brown or wholegrain)
NO White Noodles (sub forspinach noodles, whole wheat, zucchini noodles!)
NO White Sugar (sub for honey, agave, fruits)
NO Processed foods, fast food, (things that take forever to expire and have ingredients you cannot pronounce in them to be easier!)
NO JUNK FOOD
NO CANDY / COOKIES / ICE CREAM ETC.
NO SODA / ALCOHOL
NOTHING RIDICULOUSLY HIGH IN SUGAR
Do this VERY STRICTLY and limit all cheat days for 30 days and I PROMISE you will see results!
