Follow along calf muscle exercise. Consists of a lot of eleves or calf raises. If it’s too easy try holding some weight. If it’s too hard take it easy go at your own pace while still challenging yourself! I realize calf raises can get boring after a while, but they are the best way to toning your calves. They are the most basic and one of the most used movements in ballet! I will have a thera-band exercises for alternative ways to strengthen your calf muscles soon
