Chocolate Matcha Vegan Energy Balls
Matcha, a powdered potent version of green tea, adds an extra boost of nutrition to these energy balls.

pitted Medjool dates -
½
cup
whole raw almonds -
¼
cup
Chocolate Vegan Shakeology -

Tbsp.
unsweetened matcha powder, divided use -
1
tsp.
pure vanilla extract -
1
tsp.
pure maple syrup

Place dates, almonds, Shakeology, and 1 Tbsp. matcha in food processor. Pulse until well mixed.

Add extract and maple syrup. Pulse until well mixed.

Roll into 14 balls about the size of a Tbsp.

Roll balls in remaining 1 Tbsp. matcha.
