Chocolate Matcha Vegan Energy Balls

Matcha, a powdered potent version of green tea, adds an extra boost of nutrition to these energy balls.

Servings 14 servings, 1 ball each

  • ½
    cup
    pitted Medjool dates
  • ½
    cup
    whole raw almonds
  • ¼
    cup
    Chocolate Vegan Shakeology
  • 2
    Tbsp.
    unsweetened matcha powder, divided use
  • 1
    tsp.
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1
    tsp.
    pure maple syrup
  1. Place dates, almonds, Shakeology, and 1 Tbsp. matcha in food processor. Pulse until well mixed.

  2. Add extract and maple syrup. Pulse until well mixed.

  3. Roll into 14 balls about the size of a Tbsp.

  4. Roll balls in remaining 1 Tbsp. matcha.

  5. 1. Enjoy or store in refrigerator until ready to eat.
