This video shows a number of my favourite body weight lower back strengthening exercises. Beginner exercises are shown first and as the video progresses more advanced exercises are shown. Aim for 10-15 reps of each exercise and pick 3-4 exercises and do them in a circuit so back to back. Try go for 3 rounds and take 1min rest in between rounds.
